In a world that celebrates hustle, I’ve chosen something different. Not because I couldn’t hustle — but because I realized that the most powerful leadership doesn’t come from force, but from frequency.

My days begin with what I call sacred risings — not as a productivity hack, but as an energetic choice.
The moment I wake, I choose to return to myself before I give my energy to the world. That might look like breathwork, journaling, prayer, or simply sitting with a cup of Shilajit tea, feeling into the vibration of the day.
Shilajit is not just a wellness trend — it’s a sacred mineral resin, known for enhancing vitality and aligning the body with Earth’s ancient intelligence. The batch I use was gifted by my mentor Max, whose work supports the New Earth Leadership movement — guiding humanity from the darkness of survivalism into the Golden Age of consciousness.
These are the practices that don’t make it to Instagram highlights, but they are the foundation of my business, my joy, and my wholeness.
In this vlog, I also take you into one of my heels dance classes, where I merge sensual movement with spiritual intention.
For me, dance is not just fitness — it’s a channel for divine communication. I use my body as an instrument to process downloads, unlock deeper truths, and integrate new codes of feminine embodiment.
There was a time when I thought I had to separate my “spiritual” life from what was “mainstream” enough to reach people. But I’ve come to realize that our world is hungry for this integration.
Movement is one of the most potent medicines we have — and when it’s paired with intention, it becomes a portal. In this vlog, you’ll see me dancing not to perform, but to clear energy for the collective — particularly for women who’ve been taught to perform instead of simply be.
Yes, I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve built businesses. I’ve spoken on stages. I’ve guided conscious women into deeper purpose. But at the heart of all that… I’m just a woman who’s doing her best to walk her talk.

And in the spirit of full transparency, I’m also sharing a peek into the next chapter of my mission — the birth of Ra Beauty, a plant-based hair line, with my first product inspired by none other than the hibiscus flower.
The idea came to me in Hawaii during my 40th birthday — a spiritual initiation that realigned my path completely. I realized it was time to niche down, to stop diluting my medicine, and to speak directly to women like you:
Women who feel deeply.
Who are tired of performing.
Who want to lead but don’t want to abandon themselves in the process.
Ra Beauty stands for Rise Above, and it’s a physical embodiment of everything I believe:

In this vlog, you’ll see me tending to the hibiscus plant I bought to remind me of that Hawaii trip — the same plant whose petals are now in the formula of my first product.
