As we move through life and become more conscious of our personal growth and evolution, we are often met with some very harsh and challenging situations. They can look like relationships ending, family illness and death, or even harsh judgments from those you love dearest. Whatever the challenge may be, we must innerstand that the experiences we endure are deep lessons that signal a new level or timeline along our unique evolutionary path. 

As we traverse these new paths, we must do so with a lot of grace especially for our selves.  

I’m the first to admit to being my own harshest critic; however, along this metaphysical journey, I’ve learned how utterly useless that perspective can be. Harshly judging my self actually does more harm than good. And the same goes for you. When you learn how to step out of your own judgement seat into a space of grace for your self, you’ll experience the beautiful healing power that enables you to achieve resolutions you never imagined possible. And even greater, you can extend greater love and grace to others.

Hanna’s Christian upbringing in the desert of Arizona and how that shaped her childhood and early life experiences.

Learning about metaphysics through a manifestation course and connecting the truth in the practices back to stories in the Bible showing her that spirituality is not so different from Christianity in many ways.

Being a single mom and never been married with an 11-year old and the journey of experiencing a ton of stigma around at the church especially when pregnant as a teenager.

A traditional education journey that felt like a waste of energy, time and money and how she realized the experience was not serving her, so she dropped out to follow a higher calling.

Starting metaphysical training with breathwork that brought up so many good things then got into tapping and learning human design really deeply. The practices affirmed who she is and what she does quickly – maybe two or three months she had like a shift, and now it's just been this spiritual awakening journey. 

How coaching is very much based on life experiences. So the things that Hanna’s gone through is what helps other people and she’s a firm believer that you only have to be one or two steps ahead of someone to teach them.

Coaching is a partnership where you bring out the best in each other especially for Hanna as a projector in human design.

Moving past limiting beliefs and so many deeply conditioned childhood wounds – parents divorcing, teenage pregnancy at small Christian school, then deciding to give child up for adoption – to operate and work from a place of flow. 

How she brings people together via a Facebook group of women called Empowering New Women Entrepreneurs, so women who are new to business have a small but mighty Facebook group where they are able to support each other.

Navigating Spirituality, Sexual Identity and Business With Casper ter Kuile

In this episode, Jasmine Rose, a brilliant divine feminine leader and my mentor, talks about divine union relationships and embodying New Earth leadership. Divine Union and New Earth Leadership with Jasmine Rose

As we go on our metaphysical journey, there are three things that we must overcome: 1) our desire for recognition; 2) our desire for security; and 3) our desire for control. And in this episode, we focus on understanding our insatiable desire for control and overcoming it.

Our desire to control our environment, the people around us, how things play out or the end result is sometimes a trauma response. Control is very common in traumatized environments where there is a lot of disruption.

Controlling our external environment is nearly impossible but the matrix we live in is based on mass control.

How I had an eating disorder when I was in high school after  my mother and my trainer had me on a really strict diet.

How being in a hyper controlled environment started to manifest bigger and bigger as I got older. When I finally became free and on my own, I had no control with my drinking and partying.

As we embrace our desire for control, it softens and comes into balance.

Trying to control so much of the world around us creates a dis-ease: losing hair or getting sores or losing weight, gaining weight, skin looking bad, and even cancer.

Watch yourself in your workplace or with your family, and ask yourself how you are showing up? Are you micromanaging? Are you grasping onto things?

I was in this overachieving mindset that I was controlling my mother with dementia and my son to the point where I had no energy for myself. If your energy is going outside of you, then you are constantly emptying yourself out, and that is not sustainable.

How can you start your healing journey? Start with baby steps. Read Bible plans, set daily intentions, read and repeat affirmations, reprogram your mind, sit with yourself and meditate.

“As above, so below. As within, so without.” Everything starts with the self. If we're not changing our ways, if we're not looking at who we are, then how can we expect our environment around us to shift?
